Sterling Reef is a gulf front resort with large balconies providing spectacular views of the beach and gulf. It is a newer resort, completed in 2005. The brand new fishing pier next to the resort makes the location and sunset views even better.
Unit 1203 is beautiful and comfortable. There are 9 ft. ceilings and an open floor plan to provide a feeling of spaciousness. Large sliding glass doors lead to the balcony from both the master bedroom and living room and even provide great gulf views while you are cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The spacious master bath has a large garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom off of the hallway. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed and a comfortable recliner.
While we know you go to PCB to enjoy the beach, you can catch up on your movie-watching in the evening with the 50" flat panel HDTV in the living room with upgraded HD On-Demand service, (including HBO digital channels). In addition, the kiosk in the lobby provides unlimited free DVD rentals. There are additional flat-screen TVs with DVD players in each of the bedrooms. And of course the free wi-fi internet access provides additional entertainment options.
Other upgrades include new oversized tile throughout the unit, a side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, and new paint.
There is a dining table that seats four (six if you use the extra folding chairs) and counter seating for three There are four chairs and a lounger as well as a dining table on the balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee and sunset dining.
Sterling Reef has a beautiful bi-level pool (seasonally heated) with a waterfall, a fitness center overlooking the gulf, a terrace with gas barbecue grills, an activity room, and an on-site rental office for your convenience. Parking is on the first three levels of the building. You do not have to park across the street like in many of the PCB condos!
The location of Sterling Reef is great, in the middle of everything and right next to a large open beach area and the brand new fishing pier. Shipwreck Island Water Park is just across the street. Pier Park, with shopping, dining, movie theaters and many special events, is just a few miles away. And it is very easy to get everywhere while avoiding the traffic.
